The Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) is a corporate body with perpetual succession, legally empowered to sue and be sued in its corporate name. As the governing authority of Kampala, the capital city of Uganda, KCCA administers the city’s affairs on behalf of the central government, in accordance with the provisions of the Kampala Capital City Act.
